Another insane driver caught on video, sorry if it's a repost. http://jalopnik.com/5811916/london-terrorized-by-1000+hp-turquoise-ferrari [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmucMjUU68o[/ame]
How do these idiots have billions and yet they have no brains? *Sigh*...life is so unfair sometimes haha.
Hope we have a member of the london police to look at this video...lets see how funny it can turn out to be. this kid should be banned from driving in london. You can afford this car....take it to a track....nothing wrong with pushing it once in a while....but come on....downtown knightsbridge! It just takes a kid to cross that street and we can have a real mess. That is in sloane street, and around harrods...very small roads...lots of cars, tourists, people. How stupid. sorry...thats just my 2cents!
oh wait ... there ARE a few more ... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbB1RwpuTRY&feature=player_embedded[/ame]
I just hope that the next post / article we see about this car is not going to involve some innocent casualties. Shows again that money and having a sense of responsibility do not always go hand in hand. Go rent a track ... and floor it all day long but guys ... this is ridiculous. With all the camera's hanging around London this "problem" should get fixed pretty quick I would presume??
I'm prepared to bet that unless he's caught in the act by the British police nothing will happen. They really struggle to do anything about foreign owners and find it near impossible to track down cars on arabic number plates. Worse still there have been instances of these type of cars being crashed in that area and the owners simply walking away from the vehicle never to be seen again.
As much as I hate to say it ... but you are probably right. However, the turquoise 599 shouldn't be that hard to track down. Not that many of them running around
I knew Lambo's were common. Not much point in driving a super car you can barely see out of in 3 mph traffic.
i love all of the knightsbridge videos. its a chance to see what happens when a lot of money and a non-traditional aesthetic meet. Gold 599s? SURE. Turquoise Koenigseggs? SURE. Flat purple Murcielagos? SURE. I'm all for the craziness as long as its not permanently damaging to the cars. Wraps can be removed and cars can be resprayed. Not my money or aesthetic, but its fun to see.
