    No it's not! It has a slight curvature due to the 104.5 degree angle of the water molecule creating surface tension. I know that when you moved to NSW, you raised the average IQ of both states, but surely you haven't forgotten basic chemistry!

    Alright, I've been researching a few spots, most recently "Catalina's" in Rose Bay - my, you Sydneysiders have some expensive eateries! The wine list gave me a heart attack! Any more ideas before I lock something in? I suppose we could go there if we stick Ian with the bill :D

    Catalinas is expensive and the food ordinary.

    Ripples at Milsons Point is good food and byo, spectacular views under the harbour bridge, easy parking. You can book tables.
