If you are using a wheel spacer (mine are 11mm to go with Superformance 16" wheels) you can get wheel bolts from the fine chaps at Hill Engineering UK will cut them to a custom size. The 400/400i uses a 46mm bolt, add the 11mm spacer and you need a 57mm bolt. Order a 65mm bolt and add a note that you want them cut down to 57mm.
They don't charge extra although the standard price is quite dear at £198 for 20. It sure is a nice bolt.
Maybe ricambi will order them for you but I went direct to Hill and they delivered to the US within a few days.
Do you really need longer bolts? Mmmm maybe. It's a heavy car and I doubt they designed 11mm of extra threading on the stock bolts.
