my brother lived not far from longford in the 1980s. we walked along the circuit back then and that stretch before the bridge is terrifying. would have been very scary on a bike!!!

Just shows ya, what a bunch of girls modern drivers are... I've driven under the viaduct many years ago - the consequences of a mistake don't bear thinking about. For really scary stuff, have a look at some IoM TT footage from the late 50's/early 60's - talk about testemonials...
