    Hey guys! Looks like he's at it again! Couple days ago he had the TR for sale that was shady/fraudulant looking due to it being for sale in Canada when the original owner was selling it out of Atlanta, now it's a Mondial, in which I have seen advertised before too. Have you guys seen this one advertised before? This guy, if he is a broker or a legit guy, I apologize, but that last TR auction was not legit, therefore pulled, now it is a Mondial. Same format, NO RESERVE, NO FEEDBACK, and he wants for payment, "A SWIFT BANK TRANSFER". http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6212&item=2477934706&rd=1

    Just in case you didn't read my last thread a couple days back, here it is and the last auction he tried to pull, the same guy.


    Hi guys! I just noticed something weird. I was in the market for a TR a couple weeks back and ran into this auction and actually spoke to the owner and he was in Georgia http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...MEBWA%3AIT&rd=1 . He seemed to be an enthusiast and also very knowledgeable and also kind.
    Then a couple days ago I see it again on Ebay, the same car w/same miles etc..., but now in Canada http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...2477422687&rd=1. Now I am really sketched out on dealing with ANY cars on Ebay. What do you guys think? Doesn't it seem a bit fishy? I don't know who to trust anymore.
    But the second, Canada auction, seems fraudulant. If it isn't and it is somebody in this forum selling the car, I apologize, but by looking at all the descriptions and the payment plan and what not it seems VERY fishy.

    Good eye. Does eBay have to take the initiative when it comes to contacting local law enforcement?

    You know, I'm not sure. I mean you figure they would since they are such a HUGE company. Man, It really bugs me that there are so many fraudulant people out there trying to get other peoples hard earned money. It makes me sick=(!

    I gues people figured him out again. The auction is cancelled. Hmmmm.. I wonder what else he will try and sell from his imagination?
