    I'm no expert but would think it is the relay. Should be an easy enough fix: Take off the fuse panel (in front of the passenger) and replace the broken part.

    Turn Signal / Flasher Relay (RP), all 308 models: #fr60254208R $27.95

    But first I'd check the fuse.
