Looking at the latest XLS file the guys had, from about a year or two ago, which is incomplete, so it's not a full-on accurate count of what's what in the Serie Fiorano area, I see the following 6spd, red/tans: #10, #20 (Rosso Barchetta, not Rosso Corsa), #28, #56, #74, and #96. Yes, I know it's an F1, but it's a beautiful car with the right colors and a very good price. If I were you, I would forgo the 6-speed if you must have a 1999 Fiorano with these colors.
