    I just lost my 5-8 engine bank and have determined I need a new Cat Temp ECU. I replaced my 1-4 ECU earlier this year, guess it's time to do the second one. My car is a 1995 2.7 and the part number is 173533. I got lucky and found a Fchatter who was willing to sell a spare one before, so thought it wouldn't hurt to try again. If anyone has a spare they can part with please let me know. Thank you. :)

    I just got a 95 spider burnt on the left rear. Where is this ECU located again? I can possible look to see if mine is in good shape to help you out.

    Hi Steve, the ECU is located just behind the rear tail lights on each side. (there are two ECU's). If you follow the thermocouple cable from the rear of the catalytic converter it plugs into the Catalyst temp ECU. It is #69 on the diagram. It is hidden a bit. A flashlight would help you find it. It is attached with two 6mm nuts. Thanks for your help!
