Hi there, I had never been much of a Porsche fan, but the recent launch of the 911 R, and a friend's obsession with the GT models, got me looking at the brand. By and by, I became a fan. I am currently looking for what I believe to be the best value in the Porsche world right now: the 996 GT2 Clubsport. If anyone knows of a low mileage example, which is not yellow (my favored color would be dark blue or dark grey), for sale in or near Köln, Germany (within reason-Belgium, Eastern France, etc are ok, but I'm not going to travel to Russia to look at a car), please do get in touch. Also, if anyone knows of a nice Toyota Celica GT-Four for sale, I am looking for one as well.
I agree. Especially the first year GT2 Clubsport (247 GT2's built in 2001-unkown number of Clubsports but probably 30-40) is a rare gem, especially since many were wrecked due to 462 hp rwd and the lack of traction control and ESP. Hello both of you, being involved with Porsches every day, I can only say that in the past 3 months, I have experienced increased interest in the 996 GT2 clubsport, On an almost everyday basis, I hear demand is strong for these cars. So you did well in spotting an upcoming model.
