Not to beat this dead horse one more time, but... In truth the moderators here are much more lenient than any of the other sites I frequent that are car related. Especially one this big, with this many posts and members. Far fewer bans here than any of those sites, and far more warnings issued prior to getting banned. Most sites just whack you, and out you go. Temp ban? Why bother. Here we give multiple chances to adapt to what is clearly established as acceptable behavior. Is there some variation from moderator to moderator? Sure, we're human, despite rumors to the contrary, and some of us will see issues differently than others. Some guys have never hit the ban button, others have. IS it a perfect system? Nope, but it's the only one we have, right? So, you can rage against the moderation, or figure out how to work within the system. Your choice. T360 chose to ignore several warnings, figured he was larger than life, and paid the price. DM
Dave - appreciate you trying to drill some logic into mahwon but it's a wasted effort. You're talking about a guy that has been banned from every chatboard he has joined, including this one. And he thinks everybody else has a problem. - Don't worry, I'm keeping a close eye on him now. The way he is posting, it won't be long till he gets banned (again) from this one. Thanks Dave.
