I need a new motor for my 308 and am looking for a complete, good condition, low milage 308QV or 328 motor. Any help in tracking one down would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks,

Thanks Jim, I sent them an email. The concern with just fixing the ground out cam journals is that they've put a lot of metal into the motor; who knows when it originally happened; looks like a while ago.... Rebuilding the motor down to the mains is very expensive and I'm trying to find a less expensive alternative as I don't want to part the car out.

I would also be interested in a wrecked 308QV or 328....

It doesn't look like he has much right now (on the website, at least), but contact John at ItalianAuto in Arizona. He might be able to keep an eye out for ya'.

    Check with http://www.ferrariparts.co.uk
They have at least two complete 328 engines. Asking prices are on the high but... you can always ask!
    Ciao

Our own Verell has a 328 motor that he is rebuilding to photograph the process and write a service manual. I have NO idea how long it will be before it's finished, but it's a start.

I expect it'll be about a year to 18 months before the engine is finished/available.

I'm told that GT Car Parts in AZ has several 308 engines in stock but I'm not sure if they are ready to go into a car or need rebuilding.
