I'm in the middle of pulling the engine in my mondial for another 30K service because of a faulty v/c gasket and cam seal leak from a previous 30K service, 2 years old, from a good shop. I suspect crappy replacement parts, I'll be getting the v/c's, intanks (lower/upper), t-body, and timing covers powder coated before installing.

Looking for a tech or mech that can do the belt change and service, I can drop the motor/tranny off anywhere on the east coast north of North Carolina.

PM or email for details, [email protected]

    Motor/Tranny from a 85 Mondy QV, 3.0L 32V

    Service Needed:

Top End Seals, Timing Belts and Tensioners and Pan Gaskets.

    Thanks - Chris

Chris, you ought to take it to Terry Meeler at Apex Vintage in Raleigh, NC. They're good and you can visit!

Thanks Peter, I called Apex and left a message, I'm headed to NC in two weeks. So maybe this will work out.

Terry did a good job for me when I had them do a PPI for me on the 348 I purchased. Was also happy to answer some questions after the fact as I continued to discuss with the buyer.

I spoke with terry last night, just need to email them a list of parts I have to get a handle on the labor costs. He also made some good recommendations for me.
