Looking for a good shop in the Minneapolis area

Hey guys! To make a long story short, my aunt who lives in the twin cities needs a shop to do a head gasket job on her mini cooper S as well as reinstall the supercharger after it gets rebuilt. The shop she went to quoted her $13,000 which is absolutely ridiculous. Since I don't live there I was hoping someone here knows of a good shop she can take it to that does good work, but isn't going to gouge people like that. Thanks!
