hey thanks for the great words of inspiration for a college student.
you are really a stand up guy!
(hope you can detect the sarcasm in that)

i thought this forum was filled with respectable people but i guess there is always an exception to that rule.

there are a ton of good roads in PA........good for you man in being a car enthusiast, I don't have a Ferrari either....one day, you gotta start somewhere! You can still have fun in a MR2! I've seen guys on Summit Point tearing it up in their MR2's. Enjoy driving, have fun!

Yeah, not everybody is ****** here. Welcome to the forum. :) My info on good roads up in PA is too old, but I'm sure someone from up there could help. Back in the day I use to practice solo a few times a week on the back roads around valley Forge. Noah, what do you know? Shoot, when I was in college I didn't have a car; all my money went into education. Laura, +1.

I found a bunch of nice roars in the state forests north of State College. One road in particular is 1011 that runs N/S from about Philippsburg through Piper and Keewaydin to Shinnamahoning. On mapquest this rd is call Wycoff Run Rd just south of Shinamahoning.

The road here has no guardrails and follows the stream through a ravine with cliffs for about 6 miles to the top. Its real nice. Probably perfect for your car, which is to say fun. It is pretty but is probably better before the leaves fill in.

I coasted with no braking for about 6 miles here just because I could. Its funner uphill of course. Mostly 40mph turns.

I didn't see a traffic light for 40 miles or more. No gas either. Try the road to Port Authority also.

    Enjoy the open roads!

Might be a bit of a ride from Warminster but, my frau and I are spending Easter weekend driving from Front Royal, VA to Waynesboro, Va along Skyline Drive. Closer, there are a variety of rides along the Hudson, or in the Poconos. Rhode Island coast is lovely also. Cheers.
