Reminds me of the only time,I went to SC at Hastings St, stunk of Fry-up and grease, and we walked out, one would only go to one of those S/Holes if one was poor, dumb, drunk, or a gambler ..there discussing venues.

Like down here, ALL the coastal towns have been ruined by population increase.

ERR No , they have been ruined by Bogans who at the time couldn't afford to live anywhere else, they came by the hundreds than the thousands often from Brisso and rural mining towns, and often on pensions.

Then to supply them with housing in the late 70s/80s up popped those disgusting cement three-story apartment blocks -A bit like getting the slum housing off the ground and into blocks.

Followed by the time-share rubbish blocks, and cheap Motel blocks add those Surf Clubs and the people they encouraged ..................Nightmare ..
