    Trace it and cut it from rubber roofing membrane (pond liner)? I don't know the thickness of the piece you're holding but the membrane comes in various mil.

    I have a challenge grill installed without them. I don't see their purpose. It looks fine without them and I don't see they would protect anything. What am I missing?

    The rubber is used to keep the grill from rubbing on the body (removing paint).

    IIRC, it's 1/16 thick rubber. Try a local hardware store, if not check out McMaster -Carr

    thanks guys, I'm all about keeping things original (which is ironic considering how modded my car is). If I can't find the oem piece I'll make one,.
