Looking for the Rolex GMT Master II in white gold, black face, diamond, ruby, sapphire bezel. Anyone have one? What do you think of this watch?

I've seen that model in person - It's a bit too much bling to wear everyday but for special ocassions it may work.
From personal experience when I had a platimum "super" President it is a liability in that it attracts too much attention even if you are dressed casual.

Looked at the model, and like posted above really alot of "bling". Not your everyday watch. I went with the sub mariner, blue face.

I have a stainless steel GMT Master 2 black face ceramic bezel and i love it. I dont know about all the dimonds and rubys on some models i think its very bling bling I would rather buy a nice gold or platinum president or maybe a nice gold AP royal oak, diamonds and rubys just dont do it for me

Not a fan of it. With the saphire bezel, it loses its original purpose of being able to tell time in more than one timezone, and goes from being a classic GMT(multiple timezone) watch to just a blingy watch.

If you have not worn a Rolex Professional in Solid Gold, do so before you buy one. They weigh an absolute ton. You will look like Popeye on one arm.

I have the same watch... love it. Restrained enough to wear without everyone staring at your wrist...

I was checking out a shoe show today in the mall in my small town and I happened to look at the cashier's wrist. He was a young guy probably barely twenty. I had to take a double take but it was a rolex GMT with the black and red bezel. I complimented him on it and he thanked me and stated it was a gift from his parents. So if you can wear it at shoe show in bradley square mall id say you could wear it just about anywhere :)
