Any recommendations for a place that does both, as well as other plating/coating process like black oxide?
I want to send a load of parts for the 328 off, and didn’t want them scattered all over the country. ;)

we can do them here in Toronto Canada. We restore ferrari's and plate "items" several times per month. It may be far but with the enviroment issues related with these chemicals, it's only a matter of time before the entire continnent has issues.

So what does it run to have the louvers re-adonized? (Or hood vents on a GT4?)

it depends on there condition, if original and un-painted $200.00. If they were painted or sandblasted then they will need prep before anodizing. The parts must be perfect in order to get good result. If they are in poor condition I would repaint them with proper paint and primer. Some early cars had painted trim and not anodized.
