Hey folks. I'm interested in buying a Stradale after taking a closer look at one, but I'm being a little picky with color schemes. I'd like it in TDF blue, red calipers (though I suppose this could always be added later), and with either a leather interior, or with all-black suede. I'm aware of the car that is being sold at Ron Tonkin GT here:

    http://www.rtgt.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=ViewInventory.Details&CarID=0127FF81-E84D-A2AB-FFE9-5207332B5F12&

But I'm not a huge fan of the red suade. I know this color combination is not easy to come by, but I figured I'd ask around anyway. If you happen to know of one for sale (or if you have one for sale), please let me know through PM or e-mail. Thanks!

I'm not a fan of red alcantera either but I would choose it over leather. Leather and a radio make no sense in a strad.

That car is actually Nart blue, which I think is a little too light of a blue for me when it's in the sun. I like the metallic navy-blue look of TDF.

Ideally, the attached pic is the scheme I really want - tan and black interior. But finding one looks like it's going to be a whole 'nother issue... :)

That picture does look kind of funny, huh? I wonder if at some point Ferrari would place another sticker denoting the color name on top of the original yellow color code sticker. In searching, I found a color sticker for a red Enzo that also appeared to have a separate sticker on top of the color sticker (see attached pic). I find it hard to believe that RTGT would photoshop a pic, considering their solid reputation. Also, comparing a Nart Blue car to the Stradale pictures in RTGT's ad, the colors look different, so I think it's TDF Blue.

What I DID find odd though was in the Carfax report for the car:

    http://www.carfax.com/cfm/ccc_DisplayHistoryRpt.cfm?partner=CRD_1&vin=ZFFYU51A540137244

The last reported odometer reading in the report is 15,060 miles, but in the ad it is stated that it has 3,838 miles (and the pic of the odometer in the eBay aution reflects this reading). I haven't contacted RTGT about this discrepancy yet, but I'm curious what the story is. The car certaintly doesn't look like it has 15,000 miles on it, but why would it be reported as such in Carfax?

same as the one at ron tonkin"

guys, read this poor guys post. he clearly states he is aware of the car available at Ron Tonkin but doesn't like the red suede. he prefers Tour de France with leather or black suede!

It looks like RTGT's making sure they've got the car advertised in plenty of places though! In all truth, I haven't completely ruled out the one at RTGT yet as it doesn't look like TDF Blue is too common with the Stradale, and I could probably eventually get used to the red/black interior. I do like the tan/black or all-black color combination better though.

I agree, love that combo. I think you will find it if you are patient. I have a thing for a black cs with stripes and after bugging one of the FC owners long enough he finally promised me first rights!!! Seriously, if you keep putting it out, the right car will come through. It seems like CS owners love their cars but also turn them over pretty often.
The guy I bought my 360 from has a tdf cs and lives in Conn. I could ask him, although have no idea what color int. he has. Pm if you want.

I was looking at the carfax to. And it stated that the car color was silver at the end of the first owner history. but in the description on ebay it stated that there was no paintwork done. I smell something fishey..

This car is a cream puff if you could do the Red interior. RTGT is my local dealer and I almost bought it but could not do the TDF? I opted for a Red with cream leather Stradale at another local dealer. They are ready to deal on that one as well??? Good Luck

I love the Alcantara interior. Red and Black looks awesome. I have a feeling it will wear well in the long run. You can always get a car with leather.
