I had seen a website about 2 weeks ago where they sold the racing Scuderia Ferrari BAdges for the side of the cars, but the nice thing about these is they were magnetic. No holes or paint damage, just put them on when you feel like it, but still are able to keep the originality of the car.

Found it once, but never bookmarked it.

    HELP!!!

I was gonna mention Black Bart's, but I think he's looking for the guy with the 1/2 thickness ones...you know, the 'temporarily banned for spamming' guy???

Black Bart is the best...I got some NART shields from him......

Saw Black Barts, but like I said these were magnetic, really nice. No holes in the fender, plus you can put them on on race day, take them off when you feel like it.

If anyone has a set or can find the site I would really appreciate it. they were about 70us for 2 big fender badges and 2 smaller ones.

Try this one: I didn't look for magnetic horse shields--I got some off ebay last year--but they did have a lot of stuff. I found the oval "country of origin" stickers and badges that I have been looking for there. Nice folks to deal with--sent me a personal thank-you/confirmation email for a $7.00 purchase.

BTW, the shields I have are very nice--flex magnetic, thin, inexpensive, slap them off and on.

I know not all cars are aluminum, but I am just curious.

IMO, I don't understand why a person who owns a Ferrari uses a decal when you can easily put on the metal shields. I am partial to the metal Scuderia Shields........since I do sell them.
Either use the metal ones and nothing.

Agreed, the plastic shields look like crap as compared to the enamel counterparts and for only $250 for a pair of enamel shields it is well worth it.

I may go with the metal, I'm just worried that the curve will not fit on the fender of my mondial. 308,328 are similar, but these damn mondials are made so different.

FOUND IT. Finally, I ordered them but think I will still go with the metal ones assuming they are really contoured to fit my fender.

But at least I can now try the fake ones on the car to see if I like them and then make the true investment.

I'll reuse the other ones as fridge magnets or on the tool kits in the garage.

Thanks for all the help and emails in trying to find these.

If anyone is interested in the site let me know. Not sure what the rules are around marketing someone elses site.

i have both the plastic and the $250 enamel ones. Had the plastic first and they look like crap on the car IMHO. The color is all faded and they look cheap (and this makes sense for $3 each). The enamel ones are FAR superior and look great!

Bottom line: hated the look with the plastic, LOVE the look with the enamel and they fit the 308 curves nicely. For $250 i am glad i ponied up, or is that pranced, the bucks.
