    Looking for a workshop or large garage, barn, or warehouse to buy or lease in the Denver or surrounding areas.

    I have considered the Warehouse condo option but am not thrilled about the baggage that comes along with the ownership (association issues and regulations)

    I was hoping to find something soon and get my cars moved in before winter sets in so I can work on my projects during the cold months, however not having the best of luck.

    An old gas station, barn, or metal building would be ideal and any leads are greatly appreciated... BTW I am willing to travel as much as 90 min.

    Hi Jason,

    I am out of town until next Tuesday, however I would like to talk to you about moving in your cars to our building. We just started a business called the Man Cave in Wheat Ridge and will be doing car storage. It might might be nice to have your cars there this winter to keep the place full while we build up our storage clientele.
