    I am not having any luck finding flat aluminum heat shield sheets to purchase in the US. There seem to be a couple of outfits in the UK that have what I want but I doubt it could get all the way here un-damaged and I need it flat and not damaged.

    Does anyone know of any rigid but brake form-able material suppliers of heat shield that looks similar to this? This one shown is perfect for my needs it is double wall .175 inch thick

    Try Advanced Alloy Shields at 800/ 826 8417
    Thy can make the shield out of stainless or even titanium
