A family member of mine just purchased land in Blowing Rock. He is looking for a builder to create his dream home. Can anyone recommend an Honest general contractor?

stunning work, I know Steve and Gregg do similar work in Naples. Maybe you can trade houses, perhaps they want one in Naples. My cousin is a small home builder, he did the concrete job on the condos beside Grove Park.

You REALLY need to speak to Steve Cantera, he is building one there currently and can lead you in the right direction. All I can tell you is the local guys, some of whom I have known for years, are still in the myth that there is no recession and trying to get 2006 prices.

Also the house on that link above is where the old Farm House Lodge used to sit. It is owned by my former neighbors who owned Beale Oil.
