    Hello fellow F-enthusiasts,

I am an American located in NY, and I am looking for a European left-hand drive Mondial t (coupe version) model year 1992 or 1993. Red/tan is preferred; under 40,000 km is preferred.

I am wondering if anyone in Europe can help me do a search because I am having no luck using the internet to search in Europe. I do not know how to look for a Ferrari in Europe. I do not know what web sites there are in Europe to search for cars; and a simple Google search is not helping me.

For example, in the US we have www.cars.com and similar web sites; what European web sites are there to search for Ferraris?

If anyone has any leads or can do a simple search on the internet on my behalf, I would be very grateful.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    David

    Thank you.

Is anyone else able to help?

I know they are out there; but I am unable to find a red/tan Mondial coupe 1993 model year.

It comes with a spare Gearbox, all in perfect working order (all the work done is cataloged here on F-Chat), meticulously maintained and done over 10+Kmi over the last year so reliable. I have retrofitted the closed-loop O2 system, put on it emission control and got it ready for exportation to Canada. The recent changes in the economy have changed the equation not making it viable for me to move it.

The car is an ex. Pozzi-Ferrari car, sold in Paris, lived in Monaco for about 15 years, then moved to London, where it then made its way to me. I am its 3rd owner (2 years), the second owner had it for 4 years, and the first owner had it since day 1. So it is a Left Hand Drive car.

I have replaced the gearbox bearings, a bunch of electrics have been updated (every switch and circuit works, including sunroof), brakes and disks etc. I change oil on it every 6 months (gear and engine) with fuel, air and oil filters. I used Redline in it (gear and motor).

It is a hoot, works really well and has had all its snags taken out. Belts done 2 years ago. - I'm looking for GBP 19K without the gearbox, and 21K with the gearbox.

The gearbox is a fully refurbished (all bearings and ringnuts done the FBB way) '93 unit off a 348 which did 19,000 miles before a front end damage write off. As you know the GB was the weakest point in the 348. The T was the strongest of all Mondials.

I also have a 1989 Mondial t coupe. So thank you Marco, but for my second, I would prefer a 2.7 Motronic car! Marco -- I have utilized your 2.5 Motronic mass airflow sensor writeups.

I prefer the 1993 model year because there were some very important updates done to the 348/Mondial t for the 1993 Model year.

For example, in June, 1992 they switched to the Nippondenso alternator. My research has confirmed that, at least for the 348, the model year changed from 1992 to 1993 during May, 1992 production.
