    I am doing some exhaust work and need a "header flange" about 1/2" thick to get the new unit to center on the exhaust slots of the rear screen. I have tried several sources but with no avail, and I don't have access to a CNC machine. Does anyone have one laying around? It's 3" (7.62MM) +/- ID, with 3 bolt holes.

    Here's the "Hot Tip". IMHO

    Make them from water jet cutting. I needed a new custom exhaust system, and furnished a drawing to these guys:

    Waterjet cutting & advanced laser 408-436-7240

    They made be two beautiful sets of the large, and more standard small (FIAT Pattern), and I used both of them. I wish I purchased many sets to share and have spares. They were really quite reasonable.
