I have the straight pipes as well from Fabspeed. Also have the valves opened. Makes a huge difference, sounds like thunder.

 

Good point. I have the HGTE exhaust, so it is a bit different.

 

Will it pass emissions? Or perhaps you're lucky and don't have to deal with emissions?

 

I do too. Anyone close to the garage has to cover their ears when I start it up.

 

Yes, it passes emissions. Just had it done a couple weeks ago.

 

It is fine in the car but if you are behind the car, it is pretty loud.

 

I’ve got a 599 HGTE, Fabspeed midpipe with the valves bypsssed, car sounds unreal…nothing I’ve ever heard compares.
