Anybody know where I can order Tubi or any other brand of exhaust system for 512TR in Thailand. I know Toon should be able to get me one, but I heard that they sell it at a very high price. Is there any other places beside Toon and Ferma??? What about the brake system? I am thinking about new after market brake set up. But which brand is the best, Brembo?? AP?? etc...
Pi Pong, I am having a hard time posting on clubrt. It seemed that I get timed out everytime I log on from the States. Anyhow, I will reply here. I am checking with the supplier for my shop. One supplier is checking for the availability in Italy and price (euro changes daily.) The remaining two suppliers had abandoned Tubi for Capistro, one had stated that it took 6 months for Tubi to send him exhaust for 360. Anyhow, I am waiting for the exact price for both Tubi and Capistro. Hopefully I will have the answer for you by Wednesday. -mack
Mack: Thanks a bunch...I wil wait for the news. As for ClubRT, we are not experiencing any problem here. I will let K.Saba know and see what he can do. I didn't know Tubi will take a long time to order one. The 360's set that we have, came in the same time as the car (possibly because we placed order a few months before the car arrived). My brother's Gallardo system should be here soon too. Anyway, I have heard of Capistro but never saw photo of it. What about Imola??? I have seen some Japanese brand, but many are priced so high, I can buy a nice used car with that money. That makes me nervous with Japanese's cheaper brand, too... I guess I will stick with the usual brand then...ha ha.

Check out www.stainless-exhaust.com for a better sounding sports exhaust for the 512TR and at half the price of a Tubi. They are based in the UK and deal with plenty of international orders. I live in the UK and I have ordered one for my 512. They have tailored the sound of it to my taste - loud and bassy. I have also requested 3" tailpipes. It will give u the extra 10 or more BHP expected from an aftermarket exhaust. There are a lot of Ferrari Owners Club UK Members here using this brand for racing.
Thank you, Dan... For the exhaust, I have decided to have a local shop try to make a system for me. It will cost about 1/5 of the tubi system, so I think it's worth trying. They have made a few system for my car in the past. For the brake, I will see if I need a new rotor first.
