    For my law school paper, I think it will be fun to inculde something about how Jackie Stewart organized the F1 racers into a union to demand better safety for its drivers. I think that was 1967.

    That should be in an autobiography of the Scotsman, anybody have a good title?

    Also check in Dr. Sid Watkin's bio, I think that covers some of track safety developemnets, as well.....

    Some of the various Grand Prix books by Louis Stanley go into this subject, he was big on safety issues.
