Looking for opinions on a 360 Spider with Novitec

I am looking to see what the pulse of fellow Ferrari Chat members is on this subject.

I am looking at buying a 2003 360 F1 Spider with 22,000 miles. It is Rosso Corso with tan leather with red piping.
The car has Novitec spoilers and a Novitec wing.

I have heard that hard core Ferrari guys do not like the Novitec add ons.

Is this true and will this hurt my ability to sell the car in 3 or 4 years?

I would say going as far as the wheels is ok.

but the wings that look like park benches on the trunk are like putting a moustache on the Mona Lisa.

To each their own -- but that's my opinion

 

Personally, I would not buy a car with added on part especially a wing. I don't care the for look and also worry about how the job was done.

I'd say that if you were a newly minted 25-year old dotcom millionaire, this car is for you. Otherwise, I'd look for something else.

Thanks for the input. I had a PPI done and decided not to purchase this car in Salt Lake City.
So I am still in the market for a rosso corso/ tan 360 Spider!

I think I will stick with an all original car with no after market add ons!
