Isn't everybody? I know. But I am now turning to my last resort, after looking on eBay almost daily for the last 5 months. I am located in Amsterdam, so I would prefer a set from Europe to keep shipping costs to a minimum. But I won't pass up on a good opportunity from anywhere else in the world.
The wheels I'm looking for have to be original (Speedline or Campagnolo I believe, 7j fronts, 8j rears), and have to be the 308 style, not 328 style. Please let me know, anybody....Thanks, mick

Cromodora is another manufacturer of the 308QV 16" wheels (not that that really helps you find a set ;)).

Wasn't there a thread about this recently - something like "308 wheels for Gina" - maybe in the UK section - clone wheels are readily available

I believe Ferrari UK has them but they pimp the 328 wheels b/c they sell them for about 1/3rd what they want for original 16" QV wheels.

They are the repros and are not identical to the original wheels. I have a set and they are all made by the same person/place. I paid 20% less 1 1/2 years ago from superformance in the UK.

LOL, i have a mis-matched pile of 16's, one Cromadora 16x7, never been on a car, and 4 of the repo wheels, but mismatched, by that i mean 3 front and one rear. and then there is my "art" on the bookcase, the 16 inch wheel that was on my former 308GTS when it clobbered a curb, which is how i ended up buying the car, to repair it! :)

I really insist on original 308 wheels.
Thanks for the offer Chas (please take your car's wheels with you to Amsterdam!)
In the past months I have actually seen 2 complete sets on eBay, but the sellers were not to keen on shipping abroad so I was not allowed to place bids.
If anyone hears something, keep me informed please. Thanks!

    Be careful,

CLAIMS TO HAVE THEM IN STOCK
Company policy Take the credit number first, then go purchase the parts.
Most of this companies parts still come from Ferrari UK.

These repro wheels are supplied out of England from Superperformance.
I have a couple in stock. They are very good.

Well next time post it here and ask if someone will buy them in the US and them ship them too you. If you insist on original you'd have to pay shipping twice (once to US winner, then to you in EU) but you'd have your originals.

Originals have become very expensive if you can actually find them - 2k low side upto 4K for a set. IMO, the repros are fine, look at my profile pic if want to see what they look like on the car. My only gripe, is that of the 4 I got 2 came to me with one blemish on each. I should have made a stink, but figured when I have them refinished at some point way down the road, they will be perfect at that point.

Those are the repro's that I would like to avoid. They look allright, but the finish on them is too shiny and they don't have the small raised Ferrari letters on them. Thanks anyway!
