    Hello All!

    Can anyone out there copy the 328 section from the Keith Bluemel book "Original Ferrari V8" for me? I will of course cover your copying costs or if you can you can send me a PDF file of this chapter it would be appreciated.

    I had this book and sold it a couple of years ago but would like the 328 section again for referrence.

    What you are asking for goes against the copy right laws explicit to the book and author. Why not just get a used copy. Lots for sale...not cheap, but they are available. It would have been one thing for you to photocopy your own book...but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it...but then that is just me.

    Hey I am not asking anyone to sell or make a profit here....just a photocopy of a chapter for my own personal use.........if the author/publisher really wanted to make some profit....re-print the book for us to have the chance to buy it without looting our kids college funds!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Since you are challenging my response because you are just using it for yourself and because there is no profit involved let me quote from the copyright page.

No part of this publication may be reproduced or tranmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocoping, recording or in any information storage or retrieval system, without the prior written permission of the publisher." Copyright 1997 Bay View Books. If they give you permission, then someone is free to do it....but don't minimize what you are asking for. Just because people do it all the time...doesn't mean it is right.

    BTW if I was still in Ottawa I would probably have just loaned you the book....but I am no longer there. BTW I hear they opened up the Canal before the new year....must be freakin cold up there!

    It was also printed by Motorbooks International as well. Not to worry I have a copy of the chapter coming. Maybe the publishers should look at the prices people want for it and figure they could sell a bundle of them if they re-printed it........ I can understand the copyright laws and all that...but if the book is no longer available then...people need to find it elsewhere.............

    Yes cold in Ottawa for a bit....but the annual Winterlude thaw is just around the corner!!
