looking for owner from washington state

bought a 348 spider about 2 months ago from an insurance company. car came out of washington state. car is a 94 348 spider. red,tan. 27800 miles.would really like to contact previuos owner just to know the service history. looks like it has had an engine out service, but would like to know for sure. looks like the car was put up over a curb. had some minor damage to the front left lower spoiler, both driver wheels and driver rocker panel.and a bent left lower control arm. if this car sounds familiar to anyone , please contact me so i might be able to contact the last owner. my name is john, thanks in advance if anyone can help
