    Hi guys,

    I couldn’t source this part from anywhere.
    See if anyone could help here.

    It’s a bushing holding the Generator in place.
    No. 4 in the diagram.

    Tried Eurospares but they said not available.

    Do you still have one (of two) from which you can ask a local Hongkong machine shop to make you one? Simple job on a lathe, or mini-lathe.

    It looks similar to BMW alternator bushes:

    The BMW bushes are overall 20 mm long, the section that engages is 15 mm long. The ID is 15 mm and the OD 23.3 mm (of the section that engages). These are also available in poly but I would stay with rubber as it cushions the impact of sudden high current demands (and prevents possible bracket breaking).
