What was the reason for vent window only on RH side ? Just a design exercise ?
    Same with rear diffusers ?

Battista Pininfarina's personal preference. It was his personal car. Battista never liked vent windows and thought they disturb the lines.
The only 275 GTB built by Pininfarina in Torino and not by Scaglietti in Modena.
A true one-off and an important show car (shown at St. Moritz, Frankfurt, Paris, Torino, Florence, Alassio, Brussels, etc.).
06437 was last shown at Pebble Beach on the 23rd August 1992 but can be seen again this August.

And before anybody asks, these are the original colors:
Original exterior color: Aqua Verde Metallizzato (an Alfa Romeo color, metallic sea-green).
Original interior color: Chinese red leather.

06437 is the cover car of the Ferrari Club of America magazine "Prancing Horse", issue #36.

As far as I know it is simply a design exercise to demonstrate on one prototype the two options of the side windows. Pininfarina did that more than once.

I know this is very difficult, if not impossible subject to answer and not the least because of the custom built, one-off character of this particular car, but has anyone ever had an opportunity and taken time to perform an in-depth study (+ photo-documentation) of general constructional quality differences ( or similarities), if any exist, between this and any other, Scaglietti-built (early-production) 275 GTB...
    ... or ...
... on any other similar cases in which same or similar make/models were constructed by both of these coach builders ?
    Again, just curious.

All Pininfarina-built Ferraris are of much higher build quality than the ones built by Scaglietti.
Already in the mid/late 50s PF was much bigger, more industrialised and more professional than the Modenese artisan Scaglietti.
American top Ferrari restorers such as Paul Russell and Company, David Carte, Mark Allin, MPI Motion Products, Bob Smith Coachworks or Butch Dennison can tell you all about it.

Any credit for who re-restored this Ferrari again? Their amazing result looks more like the press picture view color combination than the previous effort. Aqua is no longer overwhelmed by Verde. Rust Red interior color has also been banished it seems to. Thank you for sharing the detailed pictures of this special Ferrari!

Yes, I heard/read this on many occasions, but just curious of knowing how exactly this "much higher build quality" manifests itself, especially in structural construction.
Were the basic construction components or materials, fabrication/forming methods (i.e. steel stampings instead of hand-made panels/sections ?), welding, etc at PF considerably better quality ?

OTOH, my limited experience with 365 GTB/4s leads me to believe it might've not taken that much to create substantially "improved" constructional/structural quality than found on those. ;)
