Hey guys, I am not sure if I am supposed to post it here. Mods can happily lock and delete this thread if this is inappropriate. I am a student of San Jose State University, studying Mechanical Engineering. I am on F-1 visa as I am an international student from India. I have been looking for internships and all I get calls of are from programming companies that want me to learn some programming tool and put me to work. I was thinking does any of you know of anything related lightly to the automotive field that I can work on at least during the next 3 months (Summer). I am currently working in the food industry on campus, leading a team of 20 people per shift. I really want to step in my field now. Unfortunately, I had received an internship from Northdrop Grumann, but they wanted citizen ship, which I do not have, due to security reasons.
My frustration made me talk to you guys. I do not post a lot on the forum but I am on the forum for a lot of time and do attend SR frequently too.

Design being my interest, I know basics of ProEngineer I am quite good at Adobe Photoshop.
Any help from you guys is appreciated.
    Thanks for reading.
