Mike or James could tell you. May even be one from out of town to check out. Thinking of adding some snails to something you've got or thinking of getting, or just curious? Just call them - 972 831 8111
I drove a yellow one a few years back but I saw a very nice red TR at the grapevine winery show a couple of years ago. Like to buy it.
They'll know who it is. There was one (getting the deed done?) in the shop a couple of weeks ago, when I dropped off the Boxer. They could probably hook you up with a seller (assuming there is one right now), even if it's not the same one. They . . . . . "hear things". . . . . . (secret Ouiji board in back, usually used for finding Ferrari parts).
I'm guessing there are more than one around here. I believe the one you saw at the Grapevine show lives in Oklahoma. The Carmack car was on the market a few years ago, but needed a rebuild as I recall. I think it had a piston problem.
The Yellow one is for sale last time I spoke to the owner, it's in Vernon Texas. He wanted something in the upper $80k range but it was all done up nice, has some custom leather work that was taste dependent but well done. The one at ICF a few years back is a member of the owners family and I doubt will ever be for sale. The yellow car, know as 'Buttercup', is the only one I know that is available currently.
James, I drove it when it put down around 700hp with the large turbo. I think you upgaded it to twin sometime later. i have check it out and almost pulled the trigger twice but I would really like a red car. Maybe I will end up with a stock car to bring to you. I love insane power.
I know a guy in Argyle who has a red twin turbo. He keeps it at North West regional airport. I will ask him if we wants to sell, in the meantime you can buy and drive mine
