Looking for under-fender protection

Any shop that does the 3M type clear bra should be able to get films for the whole front end

I have seen a lot of cars with the whole front end done...They can even custom make it if need be.

Like the area that is not painted and where the wheels throw rock chips at? The wheel well?

If your referring to stones hitting the underside of the fender (inside the fender well) then one option is to buy a can of spray tar black rubber composition rustproofing. It will not only coat the inside fender but will isolate against noise.
I'm not sure how bad the problem is but here in Canada (read salt city) , even if the car is aftermarket rustproofed , I remove the inner fenders and totally rustproof the inner fender area at all 4 corners......this protects the entire area (and NO rust either years down the road).

Now with a Ferrari I'm not sure I would want to use tar.......another option is to buy a thick felt mat and fabricate a inner fenders protector with this. The new VW Beetle's rear inner fender liners are in fact felt.....and VW replaced the 2004 Beetles (and later) original plastic liners with felt liners for noise absorption.....maybe you could fab something here?

 

I'm pretty sure what you're looking for are skid plates. Google skid plates for your model and you should be able to find a supplier.
