    Rob,
You have an E-mail. I stand corrected, they are from section 23.

Thank you Bill. Here is your pic from H-23-KK, I'm confirming right now, but I just found 6 tickets with an agent in H-21-Y. Not perfect, but I think OK for this late. Price was decent, only $20 above face.

Finally got tickets, not perfect, but OK considering they were sold out and we needed 8 tickets together. Been talking to 5+ places last 3 weeks. What a headache, will just try for season tickets next year. How soon after the race can you buy the season tickets? Do they give a grace period for past season ticket holders to renew?

May be different now, since they had several less-than-sellout crowds after 9/11, but for the first four years running renewals had to be done during the first week after the race to guarantee the same seats...

Got home last night and the receipt on email said Indy 500! Called back and they were nice about the mistake. Good news is their F1 seats are better, bad news is about $100 more a ticket! I definetley need to get season tickets.

Did you explain to the nice ticket folks, that you wanted the race where the cars DON'T just turn right all of the time?

FYI - I sat in that section last year and the view was really good. Turn one had tons of action. Carbon shards were flying everywhere.

Some kid bagged a pair of Alonso's driving gloves when he had the long walk back to the pit from just past the turn. Good pictures easily possible.

Park in lot A (?) (far end of strip) or you will get stuck in exit traffic for hours. Consider that an recommendation based on "first hand" experience.
