Looking for the brackets that hold the CD changer in place, If anyone have remove there CD change or if anyone knows of a cars that is being part out. Let me know, i was going to buy them from Ferrari but they are 6 weeks out Thanks

Where are the 599's CD brackets installed? I checked my 2011 HGTE (which had a CD Changer on the Window Sticker options' list) and found the CD changer mounted to the bottom side of the floor panel in the trunk (or boot as the Brits call it) with dangling wiring. Is that it's normal location for installation? On my DD '07 SL55-AMG, the CD changer was mounted cleanly and elegantly hidden inside an enclosed cabinet (or pseudo jump seat) behind the driver's seat. BTW, when I inquired about instructions for how to play CD's from the changer, my dealer's Service Manager (or was it their Sales Rep?) recommended I just use the Bluetooth connection on my iPhone to make it easier and save myself from any grief and aggravation!
Did you find them? I would very much like to take them off your hands - I have the same problem as the OP. I'm in UK.
