    We are building a new factory in Spartanburg some time in the fall...

    I'm considering acting as my own GC and the first step would be to get our 6 acres of land excavated. We are just in the planning stages at this time so i have questions regarding land prep and would like to work with someone here on Fchat or at least get some insight from experience.
