    Posted in SoCal section, thought I'd put it here as well:

    I'm flying to SoCal next weekend with the intention on locking down a winter rental, I thought that I'd post here just to make sure I don't overlook something that might be a great fit. Please let me know if you know of a single family home that would be available for rent this winter to a responsible adult couple. Thanks.

    Why don't you look into stuff like luxury villas intl' etc ?
    They featured quite some villas in Calif, including Hollywood hills/Las Vegas. I already used them, good service.
    On top of that, you can probably bargain much more than the advertised price if it's for longer term rental given the current economy.
