Looking to rent an F Car in August

Just a loyal tifosi who's looking to rent an F car mid August for one day during my birthday. The competition for renting these however is very low. Looking at Gotham dream cars and the other one in New Jersey and neither offer one day rentals during the weekend. I want to take it from the city Saturday morning to Southampton where my family lives and then back later that evening. Any suggestions?

 

The weekend is on a case by case basis. If that weekend is not booked, you can rent it for one day. I know that the place near me (Exotic Car Rentals of NJ), you have more luck because they are not as popular as Gotham. Give Larry a call and see what he says, you never know.

 

Try signature car collection I think they are still in Lodi NJ or they might be in there new facility in Newark.

 

Note the mileage you want to put on the car compared with the allowance so that you don't get stuffed for going over the allowable.

I am partial to Gotham Dream Cars, but I know they don't rent for the day on a summer weekend, but you might get lucky if you wait until the day of if they haven't rented one yet.

A single day is hardly enough...rent it for the weekend and enjoy it. Gotham Dream Cars has one of the best fleet of cars and is an extremely professional organization. You may also wanna consider their Dream Car Tour.

 

I believe that FOLI rents cars too and that may be logistically a better choice for Long Island.

 

Thanks for the replies. Renting for 2 days is not an option as I am on a tight schedule. I'll definitely get a hold of FOLI and see what they say. Hopefully they can rent out a used one with a Six speed, preferably a TR or a 360. I really want to rent a Testarossa badly as it is my favorite and I still haven't driven one yet. So far I've driven the 360, 355, 430, and 599. It looks like they have a few TRs on their website, fingers crossed
