Looking to Store a 355 in Fort Lauderdale

Hey guys, I'm making the final steps on purchasing a nice 355 and finally rejoining the brotherhood! The only catch is I will be needing a place to park/store it in the Plantation/Fort Lauderdale area. I have looked at getting a storage unit, but thought I would check here to see if anyone knows of perhaps a better alternative.

I am aware of Park Place, but am not interested in purchasing a condo myself. I was thinking that it would be nice to sublease some space in a similar type of set up or perhaps a hangar/warehouse with fellow car enthusiasts. Not sure such a situation even exists, but thought you guys would be the ones to ask.

I guess it's a bit of a shot in the dark, but you miss every shot you don't take. Thanks in advance, and I look forward to meeting up with the South Florida crowd once the car is here!
