I have a mint condition 2006 F430 (5,970) miles yellow / black that I'd like to trade even for a 2010 911 Turbo coupe (6,000 miles or less). Pm me if interested.

    Thanks.

I'm sort of on the same boat, but can't decide between gt3 or 997 turbo. I have a one year old and a four year kids, so this makes me think twice about the next move.

Just my .02, I would get the Turbo. But there are a lot of questions that get asked, like "What am I going to use the car for?".

If you want something that is intended more for street use and hauling your 2 kids around, Turbo is the way to go. If it's a weekend or track car, go for the GT3.

I don't know that much about Porsches, but I'm sure somebody who is a bit more knowledgable will come along. Hope this helps!

GT3 does not have a back seat if that makes a difference to you. Agree with the above assessment -- I have a 996 GT3 -- it is a fabulous track car. It would not be a fun daily driver -- too harsh, unless you live in an area with very smooth roads. I have owned turbos -- very fast and much more comfortable for daily use.

Porsche Turbo's are probably the best cars for everyday use. They are subtle, comfortable and kick the doors off of anything and everything on the street.

Once you buy the P car the depreciation falls off a cliff. Great cars though :)

No modern Ferrari holds any value, buy new and have even a bigger curve way down.

Nobody got laid buying a Pcar (I know, I've owned a few).

Owning an Fcar "almost" wears me out.

it's all choices after all. Sex or low maintenance.

At my age, I have time for maintenance. ;)

    lol,

For some unknown reason I have met more women while driving Porsches than with Ferraris, maybe they are intimidated by the image or think one is into bigger game. I don't know, maybe they think I'm rich, ugly and don't need anything else in life and with the Porsche maybe they think I'm doing ok, but still have room for a pet or two, lol...

As far as sex or low maintenance, well, I have that covered. My life playing music has left me with gifted wrists and fingers... Hell, Paganini nor Chopin had free internet porn!!!
