Ok, I spent my college years playing in this car. My college roommate dad owned this car. When it came time to sell it so he could get his 1989 328GTS, he offered me the car...... I tried to buy it, but I was going through a divorce and work issues, so I had to pass. I know this car well, and was well maintained by Ferrari mechanics, including Patrick Ottis. I didn't screw up the second time, when he sold his 328, I was all over it.....
This 308 was originally owned by Indy 500 winner Rick Mears, and there is a bunch of stuff that went into the car when the second owner bought the car. The next owners tracked down the second owner to get more info. Anyway, love the last year of the 308. But, I am still glad I got the 328 when I did..... But this would make someone very happy.........
