You need both excercise and diet, but I think diet is more important. I run for 20 min/day about 4-5 times a week. I try to eat more veggies, and limit my caloric intake to 2000 calories/day, which is actually pretty tough in a society where food is everything. Dom

I wasn't trying to be biitchy but the other guy was saying that us women don't know anything about losing weight, I said we do. We're pressured by society much more than men.
