The half axle comes out as one piece by removing the bolts on both sides ..pushing in on both sides and coming out

Have bolts removed both sides. This this is not dropping out without removing suspension

oh sorry, forgot. getting older )
was thinking the right side, there it works. so you have to remove the complete shaft, 6 more srews with nuts to loosen. then it should work. the drive shaft is too much in the sidecover. may be you also have to remove 1 shock to take the shaft out. don´t remember just now. when I take the engine out I always remove the exhaust manifolds and then not have to remove the shocks. I never remove the engine with the frame to the bottom

No, it will come out. I serviced the cv axles on both sides. I didn't remove any part of the suspension.

the adrive shaft is completly loosen from the flanges? sometimes they stick. when loosen then you also can remove without removing suspension. you can push the joints a little together and so the shaft will get shorter

lift the shaft on the wheel side, pull it to the outside, then pull it down on the gearbox side and remove

Wait, it's coming back....remove the side bolt on the top of the hub from the upper A arm. Tilt the hub forward and the axle will slide out.

    It's was awhile ago lol

    yes ! ! !

if not work then go sleeping now and tomorrow make a tool what you fix to the flange and use a hammer to take the flange off.

sometimes those flanges are fixed with loctite and then of course very hard to get them away. but with a hammer like in the photo it will work

own long year experience ;) and not know all - only know a lot of ;)

    what teeth in the middle?
directly in the middle is the shaft from the diff, so with the outside teeth. the inside teeth are at the flange what has to come out
