Lost Inst Panel-Parking lights after turning on fog lights

    Sorry, quick question I'm not at my house to look further..

    The #16 15amp fuse (Inst,Park,Fog) blows if I turn my fog lights on. (I bumped the switch with groceries tonight)

    I show 6.3amps without fog lights BUT with fog lights it's 17+amps (yes fog lights come on till it blows). Regardless this kills my parking lights & Inst lights. I'm pretty sure my fusebox motherboard connections are good since I resoldered everything a few years ago. Wasnt there some connector issue that needs replacement? not sure if this applies...

    I'd appreciate any insight before I tear things apart. Seems like a lot of stuff on one fuse if you ask me..

    Anyhow, I do have a Thermal Imaging Camera at my house to check for hotspots.. I post pics this weekend when I try...
