    Next time, put a little blue Loc-tite on the threads. It won't come loose if you do that, but you can still get it off if you have to. But don't use red Loc-tite, unless you want it on there permanently.

    It worked itself loose.
    Thanks for the suggestions to call HRE. They had them, although they are now made of aluminum, unlike the original which was plastic.

    Now, I need to get horse stickers.
