Awesome. I love being talked into things! Good selection of cars you've had there, right up my alley. How would you compare the driving experiences between the ones you've mentioned?

Now there is that small problem of April 15th looming and the soul-sucking government apparently now wanting me to fork over most of my car/fun money I've been saving up. Dammit.

I would count on those price lines crossing.

I don't see the Evora as being as special or irreplaceable as the Elise/Exige. I don't find the Evora all that exotic-looking. Within a year, Alfa 4Cs will be available in 'almost new' condition for well under sticker, and I'm waiting to see where Jag F-Types end up after a year. In the meantime, the Boxster/Cayman is amazing to drive, and IMHO the aesthetics of the 981 version are the best Porsche has done in decades. Personally, I'm going to have a hard time NOT going that route next time out.

Well, at least you'll get a road to drive the cars on. ;)

Good point! :D But you'd think it would be my own private Road America for what I'm paying. Maybe even paved with gold. Not the pothole riddled mess we have most of the time. Get your billions back America my ass. That H&R Block guy on tv was full of crap!

I just can't see the government conceiving of a better way to spend that money compared to me buying a trouble prone foreign car. I'm trying my best to stimulate the spare parts and mechanic-centric economy and they won't let me!!
